Educational feedback only. Capability Statement Check provides educational and informational feedback about capability statement documents. Results are not legal, procurement, certification, eligibility, or award advice, and they are not a determination of contractor responsibility.

Verify everything. Reviews may suggest example wording and identify possible gaps. You must verify all factual claims (identifiers, certifications, customers, contract details, metrics, licenses, and similar) before using any suggested content.

No guarantees. The service does not guarantee government contracts, registrations, certifications, or agency acceptance.

Your documents. You must have permission to upload any document you submit. Do not upload classified, export-controlled, proprietary, or otherwise restricted information.

Acceptable use. Use the service only to review capability statements you are entitled to share. Do not attempt to probe, overload, or interfere with the service, and do not use automated tools to submit documents in bulk. We may limit or suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive.

Your content and your results. You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You may use the review results, including suggested wording, in your own materials. We claim no ownership of your document or of the review produced for it.

Provided as is. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Reviews are generated with the help of an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any lost contracts, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its results. The service is free; our total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

Service availability. This is an initial launch. The service may be changed, interrupted, or suspended at any time while we improve it.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date below changes when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
